After our hugely successful opening party weekend, we've decided to go again and team up with one of our London chef pals, Hector Browne, to put on a summer party to remember.
Hector is an unbelievable talent and we really are buzzing to have locked him in. Entirely self-taught, over his decade-long career he has worked across Bristol and London, at restaurants of Michelin recognition including the well renowned Native, and the Jason Atherton Group.
More recently he has catered privately for high profile clients, taking him across the world, cooking in remarkable locations. Now, at the beginning of his own personal restaurant campaign, he plans to open shop in the heart of Bristol later this year.
The weekend’s banquets will showcase Hector’s cooking style, the best produce local to Todenham, and open-fire cooking techniques with the PIT kitchen team.
