Hector has over a decade of experience working in an array of celebrated restaurants across London & Bristol.

From crafting dishes for menus in high-end restaurant kitchens to personally catering for high-profile clients, Hector's passion for food and produce shines through in every bite. His private client work has taken him across the world to cook in some of the most unique locations.

However, Hector now has his sights trained on a project that is a little more personal and close to home! With plans to open a restaurant in the heart of Bristol city, he has organised a series of pop-ups and supper club events in order to showcase his vision and share his food concept with the masses.
